The parts arrived just fine, so that part was, like, no problem at all. But actually doing the repair was kind of confusing, and I had to stop and figure things out a few times. It worked out in the end, but yeah, the process could’ve been a little clearer

I ended up looking around online to double-check, which kind of felt like something I was trying to avoid by ordering from a specialist shop. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not quite as helpful or knowledgeable as I expected.
